I wasn't sure how to compare towels when buying online. Luckily, there are plenty of reviews for this product and it isn't expensive, so I gave it a chance. This is an awesome towel. It is soft and very absorbent, reminding me of a towel that I might find at a luxury hotel.
Too Good:
I bought only washcloths, not towels. These washcloths are too thick to be really good at their purpose. It is like trying to scrub with a small rug! One can't complain about their structural quality, it is good. But their usefulness for the purpose for which they were intended is not so good.
True Luxury Towels:
These towels not only soak up the moisture from a shower or bath- when they wrap around you they cuddle your frame and keep you feeling lusciously- The ONLY drawback I can see for a very few purchasers is that the bath sheets are heavy to lift off towel bars- for some this may be a drawback. Would I buy them again... YES... the plum color is a delight and brightens our bathroom.
Luxurious!:
These are wonderfully thick and soft. After reading some of the reviews I was afraid that they would be either too bulky and heavy for practical use on the face or too scratchy. Neither is true. While the loops are short and packed tightly, when the towel is wet - oh my - it absorbs so much water and gets so plush yet is does not get too heavy to handle. I have a hand injury with little movement or strength left, and I am able to use these without problems. The color of the sage green runs true and "almost"... more info
