Alli experience:
I have discontinued use of this product because of the extreme change in bowel movement. If I wanted continual loose stools I could take a cheap laxitive. Big hipe poor product!!!
Could be better:
I had high hopes for these. I hoped the words "anal leakage" would be incentive to keep me eating well. The only problem is that you take the pill with your meal so if you are feeling like pizza, you can skip the pill and eat whatever you want with no side effects. Not to mention, I find it very hard to remember to take pills with me everywhere I might eat a meal. I would like them a lot more if they were a once daily pill.
Almost zero treatment effects!:
I've been using Alli pretty faithfully for about 2 weeks now, and I have to say, I've barely experienced any of the "treatment effects" that everyone is ranting about. I HAVE noticed looser stools and some fat floating in the toilet, but I haven't experienced uncontrollable gas or diarrhea. I attribute this to simply sticking with the program and staying away from large meals of fatty foods.
