Bare minimum:

Boring design, luckily its not visible behind my iMac. Short cord. Hideous 70s red light on it. But who cares it gets the job done perfectly!

Everything should be this cheap and simple.:

PROS:Really small, really thin, handy LED to show you its working, amazingly cheap, all the ports are spaced out to where it is impossible to block one port with another USB plug.
CONS: Pretty much nothing.
FINAL VERDICT: Definitely worth the money.
SUMMARY: This is what I love to see: tech at its finest. Simple, you just plug it in and it works, no damn software required. (I suppose I should thank Microsoft for having generic USB hub drivers available as part-and-parcel of Windows).... more info

Good extension:

This was purchased to help transfer files from an older external hard drive to a new one. It has worked well and expanded my MacBook Pro's two USB ports nicely. The wire from the port to the computer may be a little short if you need a lot of length, but I have had no complaints.

Works fine with usb mouse, keyboard, printer and web camera - now I have 3 free ports to connect the rest of devices. No setup needed, just plug it in and it works.
