I was a little leery about the product itself given the fact the large hardware stores (i.e. Home Depot and Lowes) no longer sell these replacement batteries, but the product was exactly what we needed. Customer Review: I received this battery and it didn't work. I sent it back with a letter and I wrote back online. I called them and I have not received word or anything from them. Lousy product, lousy business.
