August of 2009 I had a 7 in tumor removed from the center of my spinal cord. It ran from the base of my brain to the center of my shoulder blades. I have had to relearn to walk, among other things I've had to relearn. Due to my reduced mobility the pounds have poured on, and needless to say I have become very unhappy with myself.

amazing workout!:
This is one of the best purchases I could've made to improve my health. I've been doing the Shred for a little over a month now, and I haven't felt this good in years! I started the workout at 120 lbs (5'3"), so a little out of shape and not liking the way my clothes fit anymore. I hadn't worked out on steadily in years, so the first week or so of the Shred was really tough. Good beside annoying ads and intro:
This is a good workout DVD. it is not great but i like it. I believe that Jackie warner one is great!
The Bad:
- u cant skip the advertisement and intro. U only have 20min a day for a workout and it is very annoying if u have to listen to sales for 3-5min every time.
- Julian doesn't always explain why were r doing the move we are doing and what is that good for. She talk a lot but don't said much.
- she doesn't do the exercise herself for a long time enough for u to understand. as... more info
