I was recommended this video by one of my girlfriends and was a little skeptical at first but thought I would give it a try. I am not a huge work out person and had not worked out in a long long time prior to trying this video, so I was of course a little bit nervous. But after doing just the first week, I was hooked. It is an amazing workout and is only 20 minutes a day which is perfect for my lifestyle! It has definitely made me want to work out more and has encouraged me to want to get healthier!

Love that there are 3 different workouts to chose from, ranging from easy to hard. Great how, if u keep up with it on daily basis, u can progress to harder levels in no time. Easy to work in before work. With setup, warmup, workout, cool down, only 30 mins. if u need something quick and effective this works!! make it an everyday routine!!
Hard on your knees, high impact workout:
I injured my knee after the third time of doing this workout. I'm at a healthy weight, and have exercised with cardio/weights (firm dvds) 4-5 times a week for years. I know how to do the exercises (jumping jacks, lunges, etc) properly on Jillians dvd. Soon after doing this workout my knee swelled up and I had shooting pains in my right knee for six weeks.
