WOAH! you want a workout? get ready. jillian is gonna kick ur butt! BUT she is an excellent instructor and works every inch of your body and before you know it youre done! cardio & strength in one workout and she keeps it just under 30 mins (including warmup and cool down) this workout is great!
Feel the Burn:
This is the best excercise DVD I have ever used. I typically jog for exercise, but when it gets really hot, in the summer, in Central Texas, its nearly impossible to jog outside after 9AM. I bought this DVD to help me get in my daily exercise, when I miss my morning run. I actually think I burn more calories doing this DVD than I do on a 30 minute run. Great combinations:
After letting my health club membership expire late last year, I started looking around for some free exercise options. I suppose it is not technically "free", but I found my cable company offered many workout programs "on demand" anytime I wanted to workout. My wife got me watching The Biggest Loser a couple of years ago, so I tended towards the workouts from those trainers that I recognized.
