Great workout but watch your joints:
I bought this DVD after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. It's a great workout in 20 to 30 minutes but you have to be careful about not injurying your knees and hips and back. I found it very helpful to do some yoga or pilates afterwards to really stretch me out and strengthen my back. If you do that you should have minimal pain the next day.
What a workout!:
I have been using this DVD for about a month now. I am absolutely amazed. I have gained so much muscle I can't believe it. My abs are so much stronger and defined now. I have advanced to level two and will probably stay there a while. Level two is rough but the feeling afterwards outweighs all the hard work during the workout. The music is a little too rocky for me but I try to block it out because it is such a great workout. I wish she didn't use the language that she uses sometimes. I know she is a tough... more info

I work a lot. Work often interferes with my ability to get to the gym consistently. Therefore, I began looking for workouts that I could do at home to supplement and up my exercise to 3-5 times a week. This is a great workout. It is interval training with weights and ab work. Ive had a personal trainer and all the workouts that she had be do are on this DVD, Jillian is really your personal trainer and pushes you just the same way a personal trainer would at the GYM.
