Do Not Purchase This Product:

After installing Norton 360, I found that all of the data associated with Quicken on my PC was missing. I restored the Quicken information from backup. A few hours later, the Quicken data was gone again. I repeated this cycle a couple more times with the same results. I removed the Norton 360 software and have experienced no problems with Quicken since.
I contacted Norton Customer Support and calmly explained what had transpired. They told me this was not possible and hung up on me. I then e-mailed the... more info

Symantec won't stop charging credit card:

Check the fine print on your purchase agreement. If you bought this on line, norton says they will continue billing you every year. They provide a website to decline this yearly charge...but guess what? IT DOESN"T WORK! Ha ha. I tried 3 times and all 3 times it gave a message that said "can't do this now, try again later".
Somebody earlier said that Symantec was getting close to illegal activities. I have to say, I now wonder if that is true. Now they have my credit card number and apparently don't... more info

DO NOT USE THIS!!!:

I received the Norton 360 around March. It has really messed up my computer. If I leave the firewall on, I can't use my internet. I can't schedule a defrag because Norton won't let me. It is really ridiculous!!
I would not recommend this product to anyone!.

Easy to use:

Very easy to install and it has held up great so far. Perfect for a computer novice (such as me). But tell me again - why do these softwares have to come in such big boxes???
