Vertical viewing angle a deal breaker. Inferior to LN-T2653H.:
The verticle viewing angle is miserable -- a deal breaker! If you intend on looking at this TV exactly at eye level then it may work for you. But, deviate ever so slightly vertically and the picture will appear to change (lighten and darken). Not good if you watch the TV on the sofa or in a bed and then stand up and expect the image to look the same. Good bedroom TV, viewing angle issue:
This TV has a great picture and crisp sound. I have read complaints about the sound, but the sound is much better than I have ever heard from build in TV speakers. Of course it will not compare to a receiver with surround speakers, but for small TV speakers, the sound is excellent.

Outstanding Picture:
We purchased this Samsung for our bedroom and couldn't be happier. The picture is as good as it gets. We've been watching the Olympics for the past two weeks and we've been amazed by the quality of the video. We're also very pleased with the size of the screen. We're not into huge TVs that take up an entire room, we found 26 inches to be the perfect size. This is obviously a personal preference, but it works well for us.
