very sweet / hard to finish it:
I like the chocolate and strawberry lightfulls, but this one is not so good. The overriding impression was sweet, and not quite true tasting - someone said drink coffee with skim milk instead, and I agree! If you like really sweet things and don't mind a slightly artificial taste, you might like it. I would try one first before you order a case. On the good side, lightfull chocolate and strawberry flavors really do fill you up, good satiety results. I like that about them.
Packaged in #7 plastic - not good!!:
The taste is fine, but I noticed that the plastic bottle is #7 plastic. Probably the best known (or infamous) type of #7 plastic is polycarbonate, because of the controversy surrounding Bisphenol-A (BPA). Polycarbonate is used in the production of: 3- and 5-gallon water bottles, plastic reusable water bottles, Tupperware, sunglasses, CDs, and cell phones. It is tough to recycle. tasty;filling;fiber:
filling and tasty; I whip this up in the blender with cold coffee and ice to make a rich coffee smoothie for 90 calories and good fiber--chocolate is also good---- fruit flavors are a little chalky
I only buy when sale price is < $18. Full price would bring my rating down
Filling, handy when you need caffeine fast.:
I like this product especially in the summer when I get up and don't want to make coffee. It tastes a little too sweet which is my only complaint.
