What else is there to say. The White Glove delivery service was excellent and prompt and the TV has a great picture and was easy to set up.

Great value for the dollar, outstanding picture clarity and quality, sound is surprisingly pleasant as well but .... broke down just after a month ... I'd like to beleive I got the dud and try not to knock Samsung's quality, but its hard when you drop a thousand bucks. There is only a 30 day return policy, so outside of that they will send a local certified repair tech. According to the tech. We absolutely love this television, it has passed all of our expectations. My husband loves watching football in High Definiton and the picture quality is unbelievable. It is as if you can reach out and just touch the person on the screen, we definetely are pleased with our purchase. I recommend buying from Amazon as well, we have had excellent service with fast shipping.
Samsung Will Honor Your Samsung Warranty bought throughAmazon Warranty:
I was concerned about whether or not Samsung would honor the extended service plan after reading the reviews for both the 3 year plan as well as the 5 year plan. I called Samsung's support line and asked about whether or not they would honor the warranty bought from Amazon.
