Stimulates the Senses and Encourages Healthy Development The Ball-Tivity engages all of baby's senses, and encourages hand-eye coordination while introducing your child to the relationship between cause and effect. Colored balls swirl around the pool, inviting little hands to reach in and pull them out, then drop them back in to watch them swirl around and around again. You or baby can also place a ball on top of the volcano and see it hover. Stackable palm tree, elephant and alligator pieces all spin, twirl and chomp when placed on their separate ports, or they can be stacked for a different perspective.
The Ball-Tivity Center requires four "D" batteries (not included), and comes with monkey and palm tree snap-in pieces, three balls, three stacking pieces, and instructions. For your child's safety, all plastic fasteners should be removed and discarded before play.

Busy Ball-Tivity Exceptional:
The Playskool Ball-Tivity toy is wonderful for infants. As they learn how to turn it on and make the various moving parts "perform" for them they increase their dexterity. They dance to the music and I think they feel powerful as they understand that THEY made the toy move and make sounds. I highly recommend this toy for babies just starting to crawl and get around.
Entertaining toy!:
I bought this toy when my son was 1. He enjoyes playing with the balls and watching them go around. Other than that, the other pieces are hard to put on for a toddler, although he likes taking them off.
Gandkids love this toy:
I saw this on the internet and thought it would be fun for my 9 mos old grandson. Have to return the first one because it did not work at all. Waited a
l o n g time for the 2nd one just hours before Christmas but... my grandson loved it. Simple but fascinating, even the 3 yr old liked it. I just wish the starting switch didn't need to be so tricky to work. I guess the idea was for the baby to activate it by pressing down on the red mushroom.Who knew? The spinning time could be much longer than it is... more info
Dumb toy...but he loves it!:
I got this toy for my son when he was about 7 months old. When I pulled it out of the box I thought it looked like a piece of junk and a waste of money. The pieces all kept falling off, the music was annoying and it just looked like a loser toy. However, right from the start it was my sons favorite toy! He can sit there or stand there for ages, bouncing up and down, smiling and laughing. Even now, 5 months later he still loves it. Probably the best buy we have made, although I still think it's dumb!
