Cable doesn't work. Need software update from LG.:
Cable doesn't work. Software appears to load OK on Win-XP system, but software needs an update for CU515 phone or..?.. which isn't available from LG.... at least not free. Free software updates unavailable from LG. Nokia, by comparison, does offer free software for similar applications on their phones. This customer is very disappointed.

never arrived:
I ordered this item almost a month ago. It did not come the first time due to "loss" of the shipment. They said they sent me another one a week ago. I still have yet to receive the order and they have done nothing further to correct the situation. I am upset that just about all of the reviews are good and I have had the worst experience ordering from them.
