Great:

I received this PlayStation in record setting time. I expected it to be at least 5 business days, and received it in 3. Although it did not come in the original box, it came expertly packaged and wrapped. The item performs without flaw, and beyond my expectations for a used system.

Junk did not work!:

I think its system in general but the one I got just happened to be junk so I had to spend money to send it back so I ended up goin to best buy!

Disgruntled (Cracking disc around center hole):

I have only had my system for 15 months(3 months outside warranty) and it is cracking my game discs, first Warhawk, which I assumed wore out at the time from all the play, but I have only been playing MW2 for a couple months and when it stopped working I realized there was something else going on. With closer inspection I noticed it is cracking the game discs around the center hole. Of course Sony(being the Toyota of electronics) wants me to spend 150 dollars to repair what is obviously a Manufacturers... more info

The best game console of this generation:

If you buy a PS3 you will NOT be disappointed. In their advertisements they say that the system just does everything and this is absolutely true. I first got my 80gb PS3 during the August 08 release so I have a "phat" version of the console rather than the slim. I personally have not utilized the Linux functionality but that is a good option for those who would like to use it (& apparently the upcoming hack of the system will be through only a loophole in the Linux-system so it won't be available for... more info
