I've only had this a few days, and I'm pretty impressed. It is "do"able yet great workout. Great mix of strength training and cardio. (I'm not an extreme hard core fitness finatic, but am active and play about 6 hrs. of tennis a week.) For the reviewers who said the transformer is smaller than on the commercial, you need to blow it up to have a circumference of 67". I blew it up and thought it was all the way blown up. Then I measured it and it only had a circumference of about 45". I just kept pumping and... more info

The only downside to this program is how difficult it is to blow up the transformer properly. Other than that, I have no regrets! It is a great set of workouts!!

This features the best worout concept I have seen so far. The core "Transformer" really lets you do many more positions for exercising, with and without the exercise band.
