Fixed my Blackberry 7130!:
I had been having trouble with my 7130 for about a month, it would power off without warning about once a day or so. The weird thing was that the battery life indicator would usually be around half when this happened, so at first I thought it was something other than the battery. I decided to try getting a new battery before doing something more radical (buying a new phone), and it solved the problem! No more powering off and I can now go for about 3 days without recharging the phone. It was shipped... more info
Extra Is Good:
Having an extra battery is a must with a smart phone. Who wants to be at the middle or end of their day and the battery is low and you cannot recharge. If you have the extra battery you just pop it in and go.
Always good to have a back-up:
I am so glad I found my spare battery here, much less expensive that at the stores....Everyone should have a back up battery, seems Blackberries always go through them so fast.
Works:
I had some trouble with this one at first. When I went to charge it I got a red LED and the screen showed a battery with a lightning bolt. It didn't seem to charge. I took some advice form the BB forums which was to just leave it connected to the charger for a little over an hour, pop the battery, put it back in, then continue the charge to completion. This worked although it booted up during the first hour and I had to shut it off. Battery charged and is working fine. Not sure why there seems to be... more info
