The orange shamwows picked up urine stains on the carpet. and the little blue shamwows picked up sauce quite well. The shamwows dry the floor nicely when we mop!!!!!!I think its great! I do say WOW everytime!
Total and complete waste of money:
20$ something for a rag fit to clean the floors and nothing more..Can't use it on the car, leaves lint. There are better options. This is just a low-quality, over-hyped, over-marketed rag. You can't clean and absorb liquid with marketing though. In conclusion stay away from this product. You will go "Wow I can't believe I wasted 20$ on this (insert your favorite expletive)".
Did I mention the low quality of this thing?
What you are looking for is the absorber:
Try "The Absorber Synthetic Drying Chamois" sold by Amazon. It is the soft form + rubber feel thing that you have to keep a bit moist. Its called Kanebo Plas in some parts of world.
They aren't a SHAM (just exaggerated):
If the orange (the bigger and thicker) ones were packed separately I'd give the product a higher rating. I have had some for over a year and use the orange one constantly. I have not actually weighed them before and after a spill, but they are more absorbent than anything else I've ever used in this way--starting out dry. Many sponges have to be "primed", these do not.
