made quick work of raw pork shoulder, made nice country style strips. I bought originally for slicing super tender ribs off the smoker, my other kitchen knives were destroying the ribs making pulled pork out of nice ribs. This knife came super sharp, and now I can slice my ribs up and plate them with style. I like it
Sharp and versatile... like a samurai sword:
Nice long, sharp blade. Won't dull with proper care. The handle feels a bit cheap, but if you're buying for functionality vs. form, you won't be disappointed. Good knife for the price.
