Bought this for my daughters el cheapo free phone. It works as advertised to use headphones, and she loves it! Item arrived quickly and as described.

It works well... kinda hard to put the headphones in the connector but it works well.
Unfortunately, not worth $1.99:
I've already blown through 2 of these in less than a month. One the first one, the metal tip pulled out. At first I thought that I might have tried to stick it into my phone upside down, but after closer inspection, that wasn't the case. The second one, the whole tip got loose and fell into the "body" of itself. (The part that you hold while trying to connect it with your phone). If that makes sense! At less than $2, I'm sorry, but I can't say that it's worth it. I'm shopping for BT headphones now.more info
