Customer Review: I have to agree with the poor ratings for this book as I too picked up this book from previous DeMille reads that were good experiences, but found the book very slow and lacking any sort of intriguing plot or mystery. I have to say however that I found it to be extremely funny, so much so I would... more info
Customer Review: Another excellent novel by Nelson Demille. This story brings you to the edge of your chair most of the time with gut wrenching drama, some spicy sex, and dramatic action. The organized crime families of New York bring a new aspect of life to the highly comfortable families of the Long Island "Gold... more info
Customer Review: I read this a few years ago just as I was about to fly across country. This is one of the few books I've read that made me rethink my mode of transport. Scary because it is so possible...
Customer Review: This so called novel isn't even good enough to be received as a gift. Bad pun after bad pun, bad characters, bad everywhere. But apparently well enough to be published. Somehow!

Customer Review: First, let me say that, like the other 5 DeMille novels I've read, I couldn't put this book down, despite what I consider to be the biggest cop-out ending ever written. From beginning to about 20 pages from the end, there is great character development, stellar storyline, and plenty of suspense. It... more info
Customer Review: Another thrilling, action packed, mystery by Nelson DeMille. I have only recently started reading his books and am now "hooked" and determined to read them all.
Customer Review: You should inform the purchasers when they are purchasing a book with extremenly small print. I refuse to read a book with such small print, much smaller than normal paper back books. The print was about a #2 font. It may be good for the printer/publisher but difficult for the reader.
Customer Review: In our modern world it is sometimes difficult to distinguish exactly who are the "good guys" and who are wearing the "black hats". The line between the two seems to have become more and more blurred over the years. In WILDFIRE, Nelson DeMille's latest addition to his domestic terrorism saga, some of... more info
Customer Review: This book was written in the 1980's and still has the Vietnam hangover of that era. I read it in 2009 after having read most of DeMille's novels that have the John Corey character. Basically, the lead character in Word of Honor (Ben Tyson) is a tough guy like Corey, but without the jokes. The guy is... more info
