Customer Review: Get the Life You Want: The Secrets to Quick and Lasting Life Change with Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Review by Richard L. Weaver II, Ph.D. In this 229-page book, Bandler offers readers techniques they can use to overcome their problems and begin to do what they want to do with their... more info
Customer Review: This book spells out a lot of the powerful concepts of hypnosis, and gives you real lessons that you can use to apply them and change your life. Richard Bandler has quite a reputation for being both educative and entertaining. I have been in his seminars, and even though I am not a big fan of... more info
Customer Review: In two short volumes, the authors managed to explain many hypnosis techniques that Dr. Erickson used. Both books are written well, highly professional and practical.
Customer Review: This is a textbook about linguistics. It is not a guide on how to get women in bed, it's not really about NLP, it's about how to use language. Saying that, don't expect any of Bandler's trademark storytelling or the classic seminar style you see in most of his other work. I am tempted to think... more info
Customer Review: Wow, what a revealing book. Had problems putting it down. I liked it so much that I have signed up to attend one of Richard Bandlers Practitioner courses. Definitely a book you should read first before reading any of the other NLP books.
Customer Review: Owen Fitzpatrick reveals through the book how he was trained by Bandler in NLP and developed some skill himself even co-training with him sometimes (I think he is the youngest person to ever become an NLP trainer or something), he says he heads with his business partner the Irish Institute of NLP.... more info
Customer Review: This book is the book that when wanting to learn about NLP this is the text book to learn. If you have never done anything in NLP I suggest that you take some lighter material about the topic before you pick up this book. This book is in depth and the heart of NLP. Get the first volume too, as this... more info
Customer Review: This is a book that is designed to make you feel that the ADD brain is perfectly normal and, in fact, just out-dated by modern society. As if in times past the ADD brain actually conferred an advantage to its owner. So those of us with ADD, or with children who have ADD, should really just rewire... more info
Customer Review: If you are into nlp, you may notice it can be hit and miss when it comes to finding good books which convey nlp and how to do it in an interesting, fascinating and even an exciting way. Based on Bandler trainings, and edited by Steve and Connirae Andreas, 'Using Your Brain' definitely falls... more info
Customer Review: First, I agree with the reviewers about this not being a beginner's book. You would probably get more out of reading a different hypontism book first. NLP is a somewhat controversial approach to hypnotherapy. The version presented in this book is not really a science so much as an art, which... more info
