Lot's of extraneous material--do I really want to know that the author doesn't like milk that comes in boxes (while making the simple point that hard cheese can't be made from UHT milk). Customer Review: It is an ok booklet very basic. If you are just thinking for the first time in making your own cheese, butter or yogurt it's a good start. Like it says it's a bulletin to give ideas. You'll be the judge after that.
