Customer Review: So far this video tape is fantastic! I may not physically see a difference yet, (I've only been doing it intermittenly for a few weeks), but when I did not do the tape for one whole week I felt as though I could feel a "loosening" of my abs. Some of the exercises are very difficult, but they... more info
Customer Review: I got this because I like to stay somewhat flexible for playing golf. I've tried Yoga a couple of times before and found that it seems to put a lot of pressure on the joints while not really stretching the muscles all that much. I was fairly pleased with this program, as it doesn't seem to put much... more info
Customer Review: You may not feel as though you are doing very much during the workout, but you will definitely feel it later. You have the option of going through the three individual series and/or just the 'total' body workout...or you can do the whole thing!
Customer Review: I work out daily mostly with advanced workout DVDs (Cathe, Amy, Mindy, etc.). I disagree that this is just for beginners. In fact, it has just the right pace to use heavy weights and if you do, it will kick your butt. Additionally, it is easy to add compound moves making it harder yet (static lunges... more info
Customer Review: This is a workout that is pretty low impact. The instructor is not annoying and I actually found her personable! Some of the girls "over-danced" a bit but otherwise it's overall a decent video.
Customer Review: This DVD has some interesting exercise combinations, but the format leaves something to be desired. The explanation of each workout should be in a separate intro section. She simply stands during each intro and there is also a lot of standing around between exercises within each workout (every... more info
Customer Review: This is a great video if you want a really quick workout that gets your whole body. Unfortunately, it really isn't that difficult and there is a lot of time swithching positions for each segment. If you're in a hurry it gets the job done but I wouldn't depend on it for really getting in shape.
Customer Review: Based on the "Dummies" series of books, "Shaping Up with Weights for Dummies" consists of twelve exercises with twelve repetitions that are each done twice. The video consists of an introduction and a warm up and the following exercises: squats; lunges; plie squats; one arm row; triceps one arm... more info
Customer Review: I really enjoyed this workout. I need to add more cardio to my workout routine and I love to do toning workouts so this dvd gives me the best of both worlds! I found it challenging and fun. I had never done any workouts instructed by Tracey Staehle before, but she is very encouraging and friendly,... more info
Customer Review: I find it very hard to keep up with this workout. The instructor moves from one part to the next before i can catch on to the last one. I prefer workouts that they take a little bit of extra time to show you each move before moving on to the next while you are still trying to catch on to the last... more info
