Customer Review: I bought these because of all of the reports about plastics leaking into your food when you microwave plastic containers. Best purchase ever! The variety of sizes are perfect. The lids fit very tight, which is great when you're transporting soup as I often do in the winter. I use them almost daily!
Customer Review: Great sizes. The smaller ones are sort of big enough to store 4 butter sticks. I Haven't used the big one yet, but it is great when I make 4 meals of home-made pasta sauce to freeze.
Customer Review: I bought this set to add to my freezer/fridge/microwave storage containers. I've gone from Tupperware with its warping lids to Pyrex sets and have never looked back. Sturdy non-warping lids. Even looks good on the table.
Customer Review: I really love this pan. I have tried it out with different types of food and have not had any difficulties with food sticking like some of the other reviewers have. Customer Review: Got this saucepan during an amazon sale to compliment the rest of my Calphalon set. Heavy weight, hard anodized aluminum make this a durable, saucepan that will last in your kitchen regardless of whether you're a novice at cooking or have cooked for a while. The saucepan heats evenly, is a cinch to... more info
Customer Review: This electric kettle boils water really quickly because the heating element is a submerged coil, not just a plate on the bottom.
The kettle automatically turns off when the water boils. It doesn't make a sound though to let you know when this has happened - only a slight clicking noise as the... more info
Customer Review: I wanted a large, cast iron skillet to cook enough sausage for my wife and I for several days and not leave a strong odor in the house. The Lodge, 12" skillet is great! I cook 20 pieces of sausage, in two cookings, on our outside grill to keep the odors out of the house. We store the cooked sausage... more info
Customer Review: With a little experimentation makes great yogurt. Found that about 6 hours is about right. Use it at least once a week. Recommend using an organic yogurt as a starter, but I have also used the homemade yogurt. It tends to be a bit runnier made this way however. Would definitely buy again.
