Customer Review: While the product itself seems fine, the shipping charged is ridiculous. The pieces weigh almost nothing - I'd rather that they just charge what they want to charge for the product and then charge a reasonable shipping rate. I would feel a lot better about the purchase, then.

Customer Review: Installs in about 20 mins all you need is a felt tip pen to draw shape, zigsaw, screw driver, cats have no problem useing it. Now we don't have to worry about the dogs going down to the basement and we can lock it when we don't want the cats upstairs.

Customer Review: I'm on the hunt for a new press that will last since this one broke one morning (before my first cup no less!). The carafe is sturdy and a workhorse, but the plastic broke into shards where it holds the rubber gasket on the press.
