Customer Review: This is a reasonably priced, good quality, seven inch diameter, wool buffing and polishing pad. It is pretty thick and deep, and has a 3/4 inch diameter hole in the middle. The pad is designed to be secured by the hook and loop system. `Hook and loop' is a generic term for Velcro type fastening. One... more info
Customer Review: This polishing bonnet leaves a nice brilliant gloss. Best if used not to remove wax, but to polish after wax has been removed. For removing and applying wax use the sander/polishing bonnet which has a thicker wool lining.
Customer Review: after 2 uses, the felt backing fell off making it useless on the Velcro backing plate. Re-gluing isn't my favorite pastime with new products.
Customer Review: I used this series of Meguiar's foam pads for the first time after using the twisted wool style for years. While I'll probably never totally give up the old, really like these foam pads. I did a very costly custom paint job on a street rod and used these pads to finish the paint - it turned out... more info
Customer Review: I bought this and some Meguiar's One Step Compound to rub out an older boat with a badly oxidized finish. It cut through the oxidation like a knife!!! It's holding up great and the quality of the pad is excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with it.
Customer Review: Well you have to use a backing plate anyway, and this is it.
This plate has the loop hook velcro type fasteners, so all you do is put your pad against it and go. Pad will not come off until you remove it yourself. I use the mequiars pads and other makes will most likely work if they have the... more info
Customer Review: This may or may not be a good product from a usage standpoint, but Amazon and no one else apparently makes it clear that the product is useless without a velcro backing plate that costs another $20. If you want to use this pad with your polisher and it does not have a velcro backing plate, you... more info
Customer Review: Definetely recommend it! It exceded my expectations! The quality is A++++
Use it on a angle grinder and fit perfectly, so I didn't had to buy those expensive car polishers.
Customer Review: This is an amazingly fast compound. It does it's job in about a minute. No waiting for abrasives to break down. Polish for a minute and wipe off. Inspect and move on. Removes swirls and scratches very effectively. Needs #205 to finish to perfection. This is a breakthrough technology, IMO. This... more info
