Customer Review: After bounce testing the charger that came in the kit, i needed a charger fast! Went to the "big boxes" and they wanted $80.00 for the same charger so i came home and searched the internet and found this. Even with FREE shipping it was at my front door in no time. I use my drill and flashlight quite... more info
Customer Review: MAKITA HANDHELD BLOWER THIS CAME WITH OUT BATTERIES. YES, IF I READ CLOSER I WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT NO BATTRIES WERE INCLUDED. BUT, MOST OF THESE KIND OF THINGS COME WITH BATTRIES.
THEN!!! THEN!!! YOU DO NOT OFFER TO SELL THE BATTRIES THAT GO WITH IT. I HAVE TO FIND A MAKITA DEALER TO BUY... more info
Customer Review: I agree with other reviewers that these batteries have a short lifespan. They were hyped by the factory reps as being just the opposite. They are no better than the old nicad. I hope the electric car makers will be using superior technology to this lousy stuff.
Customer Review: Since my drill/driver and impact driver did not need replacing I just bought two new batteries Model 1234. I read the package and see that the charger DC1414 that I have used for the same batteries can no longer be used to charge the new battery pack. In the detail on the sales page tell people that... more info
Customer Review: This flashlight has come in very handy mainly because it fits in my Makita 6349DWDE drill case with the battery taken out, so I have a light wherever I take my drill. I wondered whether it would fit in a spot that looked like it was made for a flashlight before purchasing it and just took a chance,... more info
Customer Review: Batteries - can't work without 'em but dang, they're expensive. When you pay for a drill, they must charge you for the batteries and throw in the drill for free but they work just like new - er, I guess they are.
Customer Review: These batteries are the new 2.6 amp and I bought them to replace my old ones for my 9.6 volt drill and small power saw. Both of these tools now work much better being especially noticeable with the saw. The old style batteries would hardly power the saw so I rarely used it, now while working on my... more info
Customer Review: This is my second 18volt Makita. First lasted 6 years of mid to heavy use and two sets of batteries before the trigger switch failed. Ordered this one to replace it and then found a new trigger switch for the old one and have it working again....great to have two on hand!
Customer Review: I already had the Makita drill with two batteries, so I did not have to buy batteries which this thing does not include. But I love this item. Best thing I bought in a while. No more dangling cables.
Customer Review: I'm extremely disappointed with the item and the service. I had ordered 2 batteries and in receiving them I had only received one (the shipping invoice read "2" shipped)and had to ask for the second one. The email address on the invoice is incorrect (I figured out the mistake on my own when writing... more info
