Customer Review: I read the reviews for this cd and bought it for my husband, however when we got the cd it is not what it claims to be.It is some other cd that has been rebadged and is not Catholic hymns. Customer Review: Gregorian chants have been shown to affect brain waves to induce a deep and soothing relaxation and lower the heart rate. I can certainly feel myself entering a more relaxed state upon listening. I would highly recommend this CD for increasing inner peace.
